With our Private model and a team of experienced and enthusiastic personal trainers, we prioritize effectiveness in training methods. We closely monitor dietary habits, and we are dedicated to tailoring each step of improvement for every individual client. This personalized approach optimizes the success of our training programs.

To always ensure privacy and provide clients with a genuine and comfortable training environment, PPC only accepts a maximum of 2 clients within the same time slot.
